So, from a search engine optimisation stand point go and grab the RSS feed or feeds on your blog and place them on your websites. However, placing an RSS feed in a website is not the only key. Remember that you still have to consistently post to your blog day in and day out, without fail.
The content you create for your posts must be SEO friendly in that it must be good original content and keyword focussed. These keywords and keyword phrases must be in the title and content of all your posts. Once you have your RSS feed on your website and you do not post to your Blog every day, you are not changing the content on the website. You cannot rely on other people to post to your blog or place comments on your blog posts. You have to do it.
So the spiders will still see it as a dead site. From an SEO perspective keep that content fresh on a daily basis. Posting to your blog more than once a day will help your marketing efforts even further. So, when you place an RSS feed on your website and you post every day or more than once a day and you ask other people to post and place comments on your blog posts, your website will eventually get first page ranking on the Google search engine and on many other search engines as well.
